Kaitlin Rosenberg, Executive Director
Kaitlin Rosenberg has been in Pregnancy Center ministry for over 10 years. Kaitlin served on the board of directors of First Step Pregnancy Clinic from 2014-2024, as president of the board for the majority of that time. Kaitlin is a mother of three boys and has been married for over 16 years to her husband Matthew. Kaitlin comes to the role of Executive Director with a passion for excellence in ministry and for sharing the gospel.

Kiersten Terenzini, Marketing Director
Kiersten was born and raised in Vermont and comes to First Step with a passion for pro-life ministry. She has been married to her best friend Collin for 9 years and they have three beautiful children, Hadden, London, and Lettie. She and her family live in Hendersonville, NC., where she and Collin serve as Pastor and Pastor's wife at their church. She loves spending time with her family, homeschooling her children, spending time outdoors, and serving in her church.

Alex Alger, RN Nurse Manager
Alex is 23 years old and has worked in healthcare since she was 16. She has worked in various healthcare settings such as nursing homes and hospitals. She has been a registered nurse since June of 2021 and is currently in school to get her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has been married to her husband, Caleb, for over a year and together for six. We have attended Ira Baptist Church for about three years. She is excited to be a part of the First Step ministry and is eager to use her skills for the plan God has for her at First Step.
Killashandra Johnson, Patient Services Manager
Killashandra Johnson is a homeschool mom to two amazing girls and has been married to her husband Matthew for 15 years. She comes to the role of Patient Services Manager with a passion for the gospel, families and for seeing women choose the best for them and their children. Killashandra went to Gardner- Webb University and has a B.A. in religious education.
BJ Horne, Men's Coordinator
BJ, the Teaching Elder at Reformed Bible Church in West Rutland, brings a deep passion for marriage and family to his role as Men's Coordinator. With a Certificate of Ministry and ongoing seminary studies to complete his Bachelor’s of Ministry, BJ's education and experience equip him to lead men in mentoring others. Originally from South Carolina, BJ and his wife, Jessica, have been married for 16 years and moved to Vermont in 2024. Together, they look forward to growing their family through biological, adoptive, and foster children. BJ is excited to be on the First Step team and train men to be loving husbands and fathers.
